asanas (postures)
Asanas are the physical postures of yoga for stretching, toning and strengthening muscles, nerves and internal organs - encouraging you to be healthier inside and out!
You will learn to perform these movements with awareness - awareness of the way you move, the way you breathe and the way you think. Asanas done with awareness have a bigger impact as this helps integrate and harmonise mind and body and release tensions from all levels of our being. Just practising awareness can greatly relieve stress.
pranayama (breathing exercises)You'll learn breathing practises to bring in more oxygen, revitalise, calm and improve mental concentration.
meditationMeditating is easy and really rewarding when you know how. You will follow guided stages to promote tranquility and clarity. Find out more about meditation.

'Yoga Nidra' means conscious sleep and is four times more powerful than ordinary sleep. It can be practised in groups or in one-to-one sessions, as a complete practise or following asanas and pranayama.
